<p>HR &amp; Admin Manager/ Executive<br />
(Negeri Sembilan – seremban-senawang)</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ol>
<li>Possess a Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.</li>
<li>At least 2-3 years of HR experience in managerial capacity handling full spectrum of HR &amp; Admin Functions.</li>
<li>Have a sound knowledge of Employment Act and other HR legislations, Computer literate (Ms Office) and payroll software proficiency is essential.</li>
<li>Good command of CHINESE &amp; English in written and spoken.</li>
<li>Possess knowledge of ISO 9001 or experience as QMR is an added advantage.</li>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Administrative functions, which includes recruitment, and selection, payroll processing, performance management, training and development, employee welfare/ compensation and benefits, employee relations and office administration.</li>
<li>To develop, implement and maintain Human Resource Policies and Procedures, Strategies and Guidelines in line with the company business plan.</li>
<li>To act as the Liaison Officer and advise the Management on employee discipline, employment law and industrial relation matters.</li>
<li>Responsible for the general smooth running of the Office’s daily operations, office equipment maintenance &amp; other office support activities and quality assurance functions of ISO 9001 Quality Management System or working experience in ISO 9001 position as Quality Management Representative.</li>
<li>To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources and Administrative duties as and when required.</li>
</ul>

<p>IOI Lipid Enzymtec Sdn Bhd is a new company under IOI Group investing in a state of the art facility for the manufacture of nutritional lipids and specialty fats.</p>
<p>IOI Loders Croklaan, a Global leader in the supply of palm based specialty fats to the food industry and credited with excellence in manufacturing, logistics, technology and application, is leading in setting up this new facility together with IOI Oleo Chemicals. The new company will be benefiting from Loders Croklaan’s worldwide network of manufacturing, sales and distribution offices.</p>
<p>To meet the exciting challenges of starting up a new facility, we need keen and motivated staff in all areas of operation of the facility and running the business.</p>
<p>We are looking for operational and managerial staff in manufacturing, quality assurance, process technology, sales, finance, product development and related areas. The new facility is in Pasir Gudang, Johor and is expected to be operational by 2nd Quarter 2011.</p>
<p>Assistant Manager – Maintenance<br />
(Johor – Pasir Gudang)</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>

<ol>
<li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum 8 years hands-on maintenance experience in related industry with at least 3 years in managerial level</li>
<li>Experience in maintenance management and plant turnaround management</li>
<li>Good knowledge and experience in storage tank and pipe inspection techniques</li>
<li>Exposure to SAP would be an added advantage</li>
<li>Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Words &amp; Powerpoint.</li>
<li>Good command over written and spoken English</li>
</ol>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ol>
<li>Lead, facilitate, support and manage maintenance teams, workshop team on condition monitoring, equipment inspection and reliability, fault diagnosis and machine overhauls</li>
<li>Maintain workshop area and ensure good controls over fabrication and machining works in the plant and comply with the group EHS requirements, Engineering standards and procedures</li>
<li>Lead surveys and examinations of equipment systems and site infrastructure</li>
<li>Liaise with group expertise / vendors and DIOSH</li>
</ol>
